My name is Jordan Foster. I have been self-employed as a Painter & Decorator since October 1st 2016.

I moved into Painting & Decorating as a change in career from 25 years as a HGV Driver, following voluntary redundancy in September 2016.

I have always done my own household painting and decorating, so I attended a one week training course at Walsall Construction Training Company and achieved a Level 1 Foundation course certificate in Painting and Decorating. The trainer on the course was very impressed with my standard of work, and has encouraged me to train for NVQ Level 2 in the near future.

Meanwhile, soon I shall be doing a Level 1 Plastering course there to increase my range of skills I can offer as part of an all-round decorating service.

I can also do D-I-Y 'odd jobs' such as bathroom and shower renovation, picture and mirror hanging, fitting shelves, building 'flat-pack' furniture and so forth, and also offer a service jet-washing paths and driveways. I have also  done some furniture restoration. Fully insured public liability for residential and commercial.
